How it Works for Students

1.  Register your free account (if you already have an account select “Login”)

From the main menu select “Register” fill out the registration form, click “Complete Sign Up” at the bottom of page. That’s it.

2. Select Your Tutor

Start by selecting “Tutors” from the menu or enter your subject and postal code in the search bar on the map.

Tutors are only available in the Greater Toronto Area Canada at this time. You can read profiles, check schedules and compare with others from the list of tutors.

3. Book a Lesson

Once you have selected and clicked on a tutor, choose “My Schedule”, then “Select a Service,” this shows the price of lesson some tutors teach only from their studio, visit in your home or both, please select one. From the schedule select an available time and day by clicking on the green box. Confirm your lesson and check out, when complete a confirming email will location and time of lesson will be sent to you and the teacher. You will also receive a receipt of payment in a separate email.


How much do you charge for lessons?

Tutor’s set their own rates based on subject matter, level experience and whether lessons take place at the tutor’s studio or they visit the student in their home or other location. When you choose a tutor and click “My Schedule”, you will find their rates clearly shown in “Select a Service”. Rates usually range from $30 to $70.

How do payments work?

Lessons are paid in advance through the teachers schedule on their profile which guarantees your allotted time. If you are not completely satisfied with your tutor, we will assist in finding a new one or refund any unused lesson credits, no questions asked.

How do I cancel or reschedule a lesson?

You can reschedule 24 hours in advance by emailing your tutor. Reschedule requests are subject to tutor availability.
